BPFT-0007Painted:Seat Cowling (GRP), NSR250 MC28, Stock Shape, Street, Painted Rothmans This painted seat cowling is a direct replacement for the stock plastic seat cowling and is exactly the same shape. Unlike the plastic part, it doesn’t have joins between the sides and the tail piece and it can even be ordered without the passenger seat pad strap holes to give a factory race look. There is no compromise in practicality though, and the panel features the luggage door and all mounting tabs for the taillight, duct shroud and luggage bracket. It can be used with stock Honda parts or TYGA parts BPFG-0001 Fuel Tank, Carbon, NSR250, MC28, Painted Rothmans Top quality reproduction of the steel MC28 fuel tank in carbon fiber. This product is a direct replacement for the stock fuel tank and saves approx. a third of the weight of the stock one (2.6 kg ours, 3.9kg for the steel one). Finished in high quality UV resistant clearcoat to show off the beauty of the carbon weave, and using specially formulated epoxy resin for fuel resistance, this tank has been tested with a range of fuels from 95 unleaded pump fuel to E85 (85% ethanol). Painted Rothmans. Laminated with a Kevlar layer for abrasion and puncture resistance, this fuel tank is both strong and light. Unlike most aftermarket fuel tanks, this one is designed so that there is no compromise with installation and through use of high quality CNC machined aluminium inserts, retains the original associated hardware including the stock Honda or keyless fuel tank filler caps and stock fuel cock. Like the stock Honda fuel tank, it has the correct plumbing for the Honda type breather valve incorporated in the design and also the overflow/drain tube.
