Vital Black RTV VT-157SE is a high-performance gasket maker designed for heavy-duty applications. It creates durable, “formed-in-place” gaskets that resist cracking, shrinking, and shifting due to thermal cycling. Ideal for replacing nearly any cut gasket, it can also be used to coat pre-cut gaskets for enhanced sealing reliability. Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of dirt, grease, oil, or water. 2. Puncture the tube with the cap and install the nozzle. Apply a 2 – 4 mm bead to one surface only. 3. Fix the parts to be assembled before the tack-free time. 4. Uncured sealant can be cleaned up with mineral spirits. 5.
