Introduction: This is our ultra small encoder, whose resolution can be 50 PPR to maximum 3600 PPR. The outer diameter is only 25.8 mm and the shaft diameter is only 4.0 mm. This micro encoder is designed for small motors, for example we can install it into a PZT camera to measure the rotation angles. Its output can be A, B, Z 3 phases or A, A-, B, B-, Z, Z- 6 phases, 6 phases output output has stronger anti-interference ability and longer transmission distance. Among them, phase A and phase B is an orthogonal relationship. It can be judged whether the motor is running forward or reverse by whether A phase leads to B phase. The Z signal is used to determine the zero point. Its output electrical signal can be one of open collector, voltage output, totem pole or line driver.
