Neoprene Gloves Size Guide: A snug fit is best for swimming gloves. Remember, neoprene stretches slightly when wet. When you try on the gloves “dry”, they should be a very snug fit. Ladies will most likely need 3XS – XS for swimming, whereas most guys are likely to need XS – Med/Large/XL for swimming and we find swimmers usually get a better fit in the water by choosing a size down from that specified on the chart.
