The pace will be slow with an emphasis on the experience, bring your warmest wetsuit, socks, and gloves, and enjoy the ride. The swimming distance is approximately 600m with a 25-minute walk-in (and out) along a typical undulating and bumpy Lake District track. You must be capable of swimming 1,000m in open water and not be too scared of the dark for this swim! Location: Rydal Water Duration: Approximately 1.5-2 hours.
